The China Link Scholarship initiated by Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) strengthens the academic linkage and mutual understanding between Chinese and international students. The scholarship is open to international students from all over the world in any field provided at HIT. The program tries to build a platform for international exchange and cooperation among young students and faculty members.

• Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD students at HIT.
• Faculty members of the CSC foreign partner universities

Duration of Scholarship

• 1 to 12 months.

Eligibility

Before you apply you need to ensure that you meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must be international students and nationals of countries other than the Peoples Republic of China.
• Open to all applicants under the age of 45 for general scholars category, and below 50 for senior scholars category.
• An applicant must be of good moral character and in proper health with good academic records.
• An applicant must have graduated with the previous degree to the one being applied.
• The applicants must either be full-time students or academic staff in any of the CSC’s foreign partner institutions.
• Applicants will be expected to be in possession of a letter of pre-admission or invitation from HIT.

The Application Procedure for the HIT China Link Scholarship is Fully Online:

1. Apply for pre-admission or invitation letter from HIT.
2. Register in the CSC Application Portal and sign in to complete the filling of the CSC application form.
3. Upload all your documents and specify the Agency Code of Harbin Institute of Technology (10213).
4. Double-check if all the information provided is correct and complete.
5. HIT will contact the applicant with admission results.
